Brethren,

Many moons ago when I was last Master, I asked the brothers to bring a non-perishable food item each time they came to lodge.  It doesn't have to be something large or expensive.  Just about anything canned will do. If we get fifteen brothers a meeting, those cans will add up.  We will donate the food to the town food bank.  Times are the hardest they have been in decades and there are many families in Madion in need of relief.

I will kick off our endeavours at our next meeting.  I will personally donate a case of food.
